East Flagstaff is a large, varied part of town that takes in Continental and Coconino country clubs, Foxglenn Park, and dozens of subdivisions from the 1970s through today. Streets here are lined with ponderosa, lots tend to be bigger, and I-40 is close, which makes it popular with commuters and anyone who travels to Phoenix or Williams regularly.
Subareas like Elk Run, Pinnacle Pines, and Juniper Point each have their own character. It is one of the first places to look if you want a family home with a garage and a yard without leaving town.
