Ponderosa Trails is one of Flagstaff's most family-focused neighborhoods, a planned community in the southwest part of town with the Flagstaff Urban Trail System threading through it. Fort Tuthill County Park is steps away for events and recreation, and Flagstaff Pulliam Airport is just south.
Homes here range from mid-size family houses to larger newer builds, and the community feel is the selling point: kids ride bikes to parks, neighbors know each other, and the forest is the backyard.
